Ingredients
  • 15 Jalapenos or Sweet Peppers, seeds removed and split down the middle
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ lb bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 6- green onions, minced
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, bacon, onions, and garlic powder.
  2. Stuff peppers with mix.
  3. Crank up grill to about 275 degrees and use the A-Maze’N Smoker Tube to smoke the peppers for about 15-20 minutes, until softened with a few grill marks.
