While many locales claim to be the “home” of BBQ of one kind or another, the Carolinas may have the most legitimate stake. Particularly in North Carolina, BBQ is more of a way of life than just a food. It’s delicious, succulent sustenance – both physical and spiritual. Our visit to 12 Bones BBQ in Asheville provided even more solidifying evidence of that!
